Don't Feel Bad. It's Not Your Fault.
You Didn't Know There Was A Better Way.
But now I Can Show You How To . . .

Hi. My name is Richard Dean Delker. Everybody calls me Dean. I am a basketball coach and I turn players into shooters.
I've always been most fascinated with INNER GAME - the mental side of putting the ball in the hoop. Psycho-cybernetics, visualization, belief, confidence, success, concentration and focus. Sport psychology stuff.
In my study of concentration and focus I uncovered a skill that will make you better at anything and everything you do. Whether that's finding investments, selling products, brainstorming, making love, reading, playing with your kids, dancing, hitting a softball, giving a presentation. Anything and everything. And it's something you're already doing.
I just found a way you can do it better.
And not only that, but with this skill everyday gets just a little bit better. It does for your life what compound interest does for your bottom line. It keeps on increasing and building on what you have already gained. Day after day after day.
I know you probably think I'm crazy. How could anybody make blanket statements like that and not be KooKoo for Cocoa Puffs. There's nothing that makes everything better. Or is there?
Hey, I'm a natural born skeptic myself. I wasn't born in the Show-Me state, but I did go to college there. (Master's Degree in Computer Engineering - University of Missouri at Rolla) That's why I'm going to prove to you why what I'm saying has to be true.
There is one resource on this planet that is more valuable than anything else, and we all share it. It's the air we breathe. You can go forty days or so without food, and a few days without water before your life is in danger. You can also only go several days without sleep before you become a stark raving maniac or your body starts to shut down, but you can only go minutes without good old air. Right?
What's So Special About That?
After 57 years of walking around on this planet I thought I pretty much knew everything I needed to know to live. It's called experience. And breathing was one of those things. How 'bout you? How hard can it be? Inhale and exhale. Piece of cake.
Then I discovered a more natural, more powerful, more energizing way to breathe, and I was stunned. It's called the "complete breath". And after practicing for just a couple of weeks I felt like I'd been driving around in second gear all my life without even knowing it. I began to feel some results overnight.
Isn't it funny how you don't know what you've been missing till you find something better. The fact is the better you are at breathing, the better everything you do becomes. It's a simple equation. You increase the quality of the fuel you are burning, and everything you do automatically becomes better.
Too many people in this world don't have a clue what quality breathing is, or what an almost unfair advantage it can give them in the game of life. Maybe you're the
exception. If so I'm excited for you. Maybe you can pass this along to someone you love.
Ah, You Must Be Talking About Abdominal Breathing. Been There. Done That.
If that's what you're thinking you get partial credit. That's what I thought when I first heard about this. Abdominal breathing is a vast improvement over the shallow, ineffective breathing most people in western society do. Kudos if you've mastered that already.
Then again maybe you're an athlete or somebody who exercises regularly. That is good. You increase your lung capacity, but you have to breathe faster to get more oxygen into your body. That helps some of the systems in your body, but it stresses others too. And it hardly improves your mental performance at all.
The breathing I'm talking about (which you can do any time, not just when training) will have you breathing deeply, but slowly and under full control.
My wife's uncle died a couple of years ago. We miss him, but between you and me the man was an absolute know-it-all. Not an obnoxious one. He had a real grace and country charm about him, but you couldn't bring up a subject he didn't believe he was an expert on. The man could talk your ear off.
We really loved that man. He was good and kind-hearted. Give you the shirt off his back, but I think he missed out on a lot of things because of his plain-old stubbornness. If you tried to tell him something he would always say, "Yeah, yeah, yeah I know all about that."
Please don't make that mistake here.

Instead, Learn The Secrets of Powerful Breathing From The Masters
You can find men and women throughout recorded history who have dedicated themselves to discovering the art and science of personal development. For centuries though this esoteric knowledge was reserved only for the ruling class.
Beginning after the American Civil War though things began to change. Democracies were more prevalent, and information became easier to spread. Also easier to come by. Nothing like it is today, but the seeds of a new age were being sown. People from all lands were coming to the United States of America. Among those was a yogi master who saw the winds of change were upon the spirit of the times. He realized the turn of the 20th century was the time for the West to be exposed to the wisdom, experience and powerful personal development techniques he, himself knew.
And there was only one area he considered starting with first and that was ...

BREATHING
I'm sure you'll agree there is nothing more important for living. If you don't breathe, you don't live. The better you breathe, the better you live. Simple as that.
Air is our most important nutrient.
Controlling your breath is also the key to getting the most out of your body and your mind. Most of the time our breathing is automatic. You don't have to think about it.
But you also CAN think about it, and that's where the power comes in. Breathing is both a conscious and an unconscious act. That means learning to control breathing helps you control both your conscious and unconscious mind, your autonomic and sympathetic nervous systems, in other words your body and your mind.
Hold on Dean. That makes sense. I've got to supercharge my breathing. I want to get started RIGHT AWAY.

But Don't Take My Word For It
Clinical research such as the Framington study carried out over a 30 year period proves oxygen, wellness, and life-span are strongly dependent on proper breathing. The lower your lung capacity the greater your risk of shortening your life. Your lung volume is the absolute best indicator medical science knows of how long you will live. And that held for a random sample of people, not just smokers or those with lung problems.
Check out what others have had to say.
"This pulmonary function measurement appears to be an indicator of general health and vigor and literally a measure of living capacity. Long before a person becomes terminally ill, vital capacity can predict life span"
-- William B. Kannel and Helen Hubert Boston School of Medicine (1981)
"Practicing regular, mindful breathing can be calming and energizing and can even help with stress-related health problems ranging from panic attacks to digestive disorders."
-- Andrew Weil, M.D.
"And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being."
-- Genesis 2:7

Deep, slow, rhythmic breathing will bring more energy to all the cells of your body which means:
- Your blood will be far more oxygenated, vibrant, and healthy. Toxins will be flushed out more effectively, and more oxygen will be carried to all the cells and organs of the body. You will have more energy, stamina, and overall health.
- Your digestion will be stronger and more complete. You'll get more nutritional value out of your food. You will be running your body on better fuel, and you'll feel the difference.
- Your nervous system will be charged up. The brain uses more oxygen than any other organ so it has the most to gain from a pumped up oxygen supply. Your spinal cord, ganglia, and nerves too. You'll be more responsive, quicker, more attentive and sharper. You will think better and faster.
- Your glands will operate at a higher level. You'll send out stronger signals to control and coordinate your body and mind.
- Your skin will be healthier and more rejuvenated. You will look younger.
- Your diaphragm will help massage your internal organs and stimulate even better blood flow to them. Your general level of well-being will soar.
- Your lungs will become more even more efficient and powerful helping boost your immune system. You'll be better able to fight off colds and respiratory problems.
- Your heart won't have to work as hard because the lungs are delivering higher concentrations of oxygen, and the resistance to it's pumping will be lessened. You'll be stronger and live longer.
- Your metabolism will be heightened because the body is more efficient and has better fuel to burn. It will be easier for you to burn fat and maintain your youth.
- Your muscles will be stronger and recover faster from use. You'll get more out of your exercise programs and be able to maintain your gains longer. You'll feel better about yourself and have more confidence.
- Your body and mind will stay more relaxed and be better at dealing with stress. You'll be able to slow down and make better decisions too.

Are You Tired of Being Tired?
You might be saying to yourself right now, "Dean, this sounds great, and it probably is, but I'm just not the kind of person who follows through with exercises and programs. My life is too busy and stressed. I start out with the best of intentions, but to be honest I usually don't follow through."
And I would agree with you most of the time. You shouldn't waste your money. But you're not your own worst enemy this time. You're just stuck in a vicious cycle. Your energy level is low, your will weak, and your mind clouded because your breathing is shallow. Once you begin to break that pattern though you will get the cycle turned around and have it working in your favor.
So you may feel lazy and undisciplined, but that doesn't have to stop you. If you can find the time to eat three meals a day you can stop and take three breathing breaks. Soon it will make a huge difference in your life. Then the better you feel, the more motivated you'll be to breathe right, and before long it will become a habit.
Then you'll be ready for the more advanced exercises. You can use breathing techniques to speed up and enpower your personal development. And at that point the sky will be your limit.
But the important thing is to start where you are and work on it a little at a time. I know you can do that.
But You Said This Was Free
The air is, and I'm showing you how to get more of it stoking the internal furnaces of your body and mind. What would that be worth to you? It's impossible for me to say. Millions, maybe?
If you were 7% better at your business over the next year, and the next and the next and the next what kind of opportunities would that mean? If your health were 7% better than it would have been otherwise, year after year after year what health problems would you avoid? If your relationships were 7% more loving and that were compounded for the next 30 years how much more fulfillment would you get out of your life?
Understand I can't promise you any specific numbers. I can promise if you build the habit of better breathing and you learn to use some of the advanced techniques of using your mind and imagination in conjunction with that breathing your life can become better in every area I can think of.
So if you act on this information it's going to be worth more to you than you can ever put a price on. But I'm not going to charge you an arm and a leg for it because I want it to get into as many hands as possible. I want the single mom or the kid working at McDonalds to be able to afford it. It can be life changing, and nothing would bring me more joy than knowing I've helped change so many people's lives.
So for the time being I'm going to give you this amazingly powerful ebook for only $17.00. You'd better scarf it up before I change my mind. There will probably be a print version available later, but why wait. You can get started on your new high energy life right now.
